About Alan Mohl

Alan Mohl is the Founder and Managing Partner of QACG. He works as an Interim and Fractional CFO in complex, capital-intensive environments where financial decisions cannot be deferred and traditional structures no longer provide clarity.

Alan’s work centers on restoring decision authority when complexity, timing, and capital risk intersect. He is typically engaged by private equity firms, family offices, boards, and operators when financial visibility has degraded, accountability has fragmented, and hesitation is quietly eroding leverage.

Unlike advisory models that operate at arm’s length, Alan works directly inside the organization — in the general ledger, alongside operators and leadership — to collapse complexity, translate belief into action, and close decisions under uncertainty. His engagements are execution-focused, time-bound, and designed to leave behind a finance function that holds under pressure.

Over more than 25 years, Alan has led financial leadership mandates across healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, real estate portfolios, construction, and private equity–backed companies. He has served as Group CFO for a $1.4B family office and as CFO for global and middle-market enterprises, operating under lender, investor, and board scrutiny.

Alan’s approach is grounded in a deep understanding of why decision-making breaks down in modern financial environments — not from lack of intelligence or data, but from excessive complexity and unclear authority. His work focuses on reducing that friction so organizations can act decisively before timing risk becomes irreversible.

He holds degrees in accounting, finance, and business administration, is a CPA, and has completed executive and advanced training in strategy, capital markets, and applied economics. These credentials support his work, but do not define it. What defines Alan’s role is responsibility for outcomes when decisions matter.

Alan divides his time between Florida and Boston and remains deeply committed to fatherhood, personal health, and continuous reinvention. He believes the future of financial leadership is not about more insight, but about restoring authority, accountability, and trust where complexity has outpaced decision-making.

About John Anderson

John Andersen is the chief operating officer for QACG. He is responsible for leading enterprise operations, including the execution of the firm’s strategic priorities and the annual planning process, across the U.S., Canada, India and El Salvador. John delivers results through the combination of his pragmatic, data-driven approach to operating the business and his innate ability to engage and inspire people in pursuit of QACG’s purpose, which is to instill confidence in a world of change. 

Experience

John joined QACG’s executive leadership team in 2017, first leading the firm’s West region and then taking on responsibility for building QACG’s markets strategy and leading the markets team. Currently a member of the leadership team, he has also served as a member of the firm’s business planning and enterprise stewardship committees, as well as previously co-leading the firm’s client experience strategy. During his six-year tenure as leader of the West region, the firm experienced significant growth in those markets due to the team’s focus on bringing the full power of QACG’s extensive knowledge and capabilities to clients in the region.

John began his career as a tax professional at a Big Four firm in 1994 and joined QACG in 2011. He has extensive experience leading large-scale projects and delivering tax consulting for globally active clients in the manufacturing, consumer products and technology industries.

John approaches his work with an ethic of service to others. He maintains close connectivity with QACG’s clients to understand their needs and make sure QACG is positioned to support them. John is equally engaged with QACG’s people, mentoring and guiding professionals across the firm. He has also worked with the QACG US Foundation to sponsor junior college scholarships for students to pursue a four-year degree and a career in public accounting.

A gifted speaker and communicator, John is a source of engagement and inspiration for QACG and its people. He is a steward of QACG’s clients, culture, people and communities.

About Jetin

Jetin Patel is the Chief Financial Officer at QACGand a key member of the firm’s executive leadership team. In this role, he oversees the financial strategy, global reporting, and operational integrity of QACG’s expanding advisory and investment platform.

Experience

Jetin brings over three decades of leadership in global finance and operations to QACG. As CFO, he is responsible for driving financial excellence across QACG’s domestic and international operations—including strategic initiatives in the U.S., Europe, and emerging markets. His deep experience in multinational finance, enterprise transformation, and performance optimization positions him as a key catalyst in QACG’s evolution into a digitally enabled, cross-border consulting and capital advisory firm.

Before joining QACG, Jetin served as Group CFO for a global professional services division at a Big Four firm. In that role, he was instrumental in driving strategic finance initiatives, leading enterprise resource planning (ERP) transitions, overseeing M&A integrations, and managing capital efficiency across multiple regions. He also played a leading role in global tax and legal operations, with a focus on scalable service delivery models and governance frameworks.

Jetin is known not only for his financial expertise, but also for his calm leadership style, inclusive mindset, and ability to develop high-performing finance teams. He is passionate about mentoring emerging leaders and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

Jetin views finance not just as a reporting function, but as a strategic engine for decision-making, accountability, and long-term value creation. His approach to leadership is grounded in integrity, agility, and people-first thinking—values that align closely with QACG’s mission to empower founders, families, and future-ready enterprises.

Outside the Office

Outside of his professional life, Jetin is an active volunteer with the Art of Living Foundation and is a trained facilitator in meditation and stress management techniques. He enjoys spending time with his family, exploring nature, and contributing to mindfulness-based education and well-being initiatives.

About Jeffery Gordon

Jeffery Gordon is the Private Equity and Strategic Growth Leader at QACG. In this role, Jeffery is responsible for shaping the firm's vision for middle market investment, overseeing capital deployment strategies, and expanding QACG’s presence across domestic and international markets. Central to his leadership is a dedication to driving value for both clients and stakeholders through disciplined strategy, innovation, and deep operational insight.

Experience
With over 25 years in strategic advisory, capital markets, and private equity, Jeffery brings a wealth of experience in guiding organizations through periods of transformation and growth. Prior to joining QACG, Jeffery held senior roles at both boutique investment firms and global advisory organizations, where he led high-stakes transactions and structured complex capital solutions for middle-market businesses.

At QACG, Jeffery plays a critical role in aligning the firm’s consulting, capital advisory, and venture services under one cohesive model. He is a founding architect of the firm’s Strategic Scale Platform, designed to help emerging enterprises accelerate through stages of capital formation, operational maturity, and cross-border expansion. His ability to see around corners and foster long-term partnerships has made him a trusted advisor to CEOs, family offices, and private equity sponsors alike.

Jeffery is also recognized for building high-performing teams and mentoring the next generation of strategic thinkers. He serves on QACG’s executive leadership team and contributes to the firm's innovation initiatives and investment committee.

About Kyle Severano

Kyle Severano serves as the National Tax Leader for QACG, where he oversees the execution of QACG’s tax strategy and integrated advisory offerings across the U.S. and international markets. With more than 20 years of experience in tax advisory and corporate structuring, Kyle is a key member of the firm’s executive leadership team and a driving force behind QACG’s mission to deliver holistic, forward-thinking solutions to entrepreneurial and growth-stage companies.

Experience

Prior to his current role, Kyle held multiple leadership positions at QACG, including Director of Strategic Tax Planning, Head of Transactional Tax Advisory, and Southeast Regional Tax Leader. He has led initiatives spanning multi-entity structuring, international expansion, M&A tax planning, and private equity-backed exits—offering sophisticated counsel to clients across industries such as real estate, renewable energy, logistics, healthcare, and tech-enabled services.

Kyle brings a hands-on understanding of the evolving tax landscape and its intersection with business formation, growth, and generational wealth planning. He is known for his ability to navigate complex regulatory environments while identifying opportunities for optimization and long-term value creation.

He also played a central role in developing QACG’s proprietary Holistic Tax Stack™—an integrated platform that combines entity design, flow-through strategy, incentive planning, and exit-readiness into a single coordinated approach for middle-market and venture-backed businesses.

Outside the office, Kyle is actively involved in nonprofit work focused on financial literacy and youth entrepreneurship. He serves on the board of Rising Leaders, a mentoring and education program for underserved high school students, and is a founding advisor to StartLocal, a nonprofit incubator supporting minority-owned startups.

Kyle and his wife, Elena, live in Atlanta with their three children. They enjoy hiking, jazz music, and coaching youth sports on the weekends.

About Mark

Mark Osborn is the Enterprise Assurance Leader at QACG. He is responsible for the strategic vision, operational leadership, and quality execution of the firm’s assurance services across all sectors. As a member of QACG’s senior executive team, Mark plays a key role in shaping firmwide priorities related to risk, compliance, and client trust.

Experience

With over 25 years of experience in public accounting and enterprise assurance, Mark brings a broad and deep background in audit, risk oversight, regulatory compliance, and business integrity. He began his career at a Big Four firm, leading assurance engagements for Fortune 500 companies and private equity-backed enterprises before joining QACG in 2006.

Throughout his tenure at QACG, Mark has served in multiple leadership roles, including Director of Audit Innovation, Regional Assurance Lead, and National Risk Officer. He was instrumental in developing QACG’s internal Quality Assurance Framework and spearheaded the integration of emerging technologies into the firm’s assurance processes.

Mark also served two terms on QACG’s advisory board, where he chaired the firm’s Ethics & Risk Committee and contributed to cross-functional initiatives involving cybersecurity preparedness, ESG compliance, and enterprise reporting modernization.

Known for his calm leadership style and unwavering commitment to independence and integrity, Mark has helped evolve QACG’s assurance offerings to meet the demands of modern stakeholders, regulators, and board members alike.
